Linguistic Optimization: Our Approach to Precision Translation

Contact

A translation process based on the “six eyes” principle

To avoid errors, we adopt a process based on the participation of 3 stakeholders:

1  The translator who takes charge of the document

2  The proofreader who receives this translation and reviews it

3  Our company which returns the proofreading to the initial translator for validation

4  After a final internal verification, Watradea sends the final version to the client.

5  We set up a closed loop between the translator, proofreader and Watradea for high-end rendering.

In-depth knowledge of the various areas of a company

Our  translators carefully selected by us are specialised in the following functions: client sector, finance, human resources, communication, accounting, sales and marketing, law, etc. No area has any secrets as long as you recruit the linguistic expert most suited to the content of the document to be translated. This is one of our main strengths: finding the right person at the right time to deliver a translation will meet your expectations.

Rigorous management of each project

The quality and timeliness of the delivery of a translation is highly dependent on the ability of the translation company to manage the language project from the acceptance of the quote to the delivery. In order to ensure rigorous monitoring of this process, we use a management software tool that allows us to control each project at its various stages and to meet the delivery deadline for our client.

Our Approach to Guaranteeing Quality and Efficiency

A solid network of external translators carefully selected

We cooperate with language experts on the basis of their experience and in-depth knowledge in their respective fields. They translate only into their mother tongue and are selected on the basis of translation tests or their reputation acquired with our company or our network of industry contacts. To attract and motivate these experts, Watradea is committed to treating them in a respectful and fair manner both in human and financial terms.

Our assumed corporate responsibility

On one hand, we are convinced that it is essential to incorporate a human touch in a sector where too many companies adopt impersonal communications. Watradea avoids treating its translators like "machines", we much prefer contacting them over the phone or meeting them in person. On the other hand, we are convinced that attractive remuneration enhances work quality and prevents the abandonment of ongoing projects by demotivated translators.
